Dynamic Tool Post Grinder - 2 Axis Dresser

It is important to dress both the circumference and often the face(s) of the wheel in an accurate relationship to the job. Dressing is completed with an industrial diamond which generates a clean, sharp surface on the wheel.

This device clamps to either the lathe' tailstock or to the job itself. The 2 dresser locations then ensure that the wheel's circumference is truly parallel to the lathe's axis and that the wheel faces are parallel to the travel of the cross slide.

The kit arrives with one 1/4 carat diamond dresser, bar materials, fasteners and drawings.
